Georgie ran into the bathroom at work and quickly changed from her skirt and sweater into something more comfortable, before tugging her cardigan over her arms and shoved her feet into her boots. It wasn’t long before she had everything packed into her bag before she ran a brush through her hair, pulling it up. The brunette didn’t have many friends, most of them hated her, and talked about her behind her back - the only girlfriend she had was June, and she had to thank Benji for that one. June was Benji’s older sister, but after their relationship they still stayed closer than ever. The girl was thankful for that, it gave her someone to get her frustrations out, especially because everyone needed a girlfriend they could count on. She left the Library and made it into her car in record time, ignoring the calls from her boss about extra hours as she left.
It didn’t take her long to get to June’s house, she had the route memorized, and she made it there before she knew it. Throwing her clothes into the backseat, she closed her backpack and got out of the car, phone and keys in her pockets. Skipping to the front seat, she tried to think of how she even wanted to begin telling June about everything. They’d been away for so long now that the both of them would have a millions things to tell each other. Raising her fist to the door, she knocked three times, joining her hands together as she waited for her friend to get the door. One hand raised to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear.
